About Sterny Design

Hi, my name is Mali Morgenstern. 

(Mali is pronounced like Sally)

She/her, 22

I'm known online as Sterny Design. 

I've been an artist my entire life, selling my first pieces at age 6. 

I have always had a passion for storytelling alongside my art,

since I was little I would write short stories and illustrate them.

My passion for worldbuilding has heavily influenced my career path,

shaping my ability to tell a good story within a visual medium.

I mainly work as a 2D concept artist, illustrator, and comic/graphic novel artist. 

I have a well rounded skill-set, but my specialties are Fantasy, Horror, Historical Fiction, Character Design, Prop Design, and Creature Design.

When I'm not working a job you can find me at markets and conventions around New England.

I love connecting with the community and learning from peers.
